Now that the holidays are upon us, I’m going to be taking a much needed break, and spending time with family and friends cooking up a storm. I’m heading to the Land of Enchantment, or New Mexico that is, where I’ll be spending my time making lots of yummy food and treats in the kitchen. Cooking my other passion, and I love sharing recipes with friends and learning how to cook from them, and since I not much of a baker, I teamed up with Emily from Lael Cakes to bring you this lovely and very simple recipe to spice up your holiday menu. This literally is one of the best scones I have ever had, and we had so much fun doing this shoot, where I learned that making scones is not so difficult, so I’ll be trying this out myself when I’m all settled in.
